About the event
After two years of enforced silence due to the pandemic, Somerset Voices are delighted to be able to perform again.
As musical life re-emerges, it seems appropriate to celebrate some of the greatest shorter choral works in a timeline spanning some six centuries, from Palestrina in the 16th century to Morten Lauridsen in the 21st. In-between, we present an ear-tickling selection of wonderfully varied choral music and two sparkling solos for organ performed by Peter King, Organist Emeritus of Bath Abbey.
